Localized Pain Program
The Localized Pain biophysical program aims at alleviating or eliminating localized muscle pain in a totally natural and physiological way, or supporting therapies aimed at eradicating the cause, avoiding as much as possible the use of topical or oral painkillers.
Muscle aches (myalgia) are extremely common. Almost everyone has experienced some kind of muscle pain in their lifetime.
Since muscle tissue is present in almost every area of the body, this type of pain can be felt almost anywhere. However, there is not always a single cause for muscle pain.
Often, people with muscle pain can easily pinpoint the cause.
This is because most cases of myalgia result from too much stress, tension, or exercise.
Some common causes therefore include:
Muscle tension in one or more areas of the body
Abuse of a muscle when working-out
Muscle strain during demanding work or exercise
Lack of adequate warm-up before exercise or cool down (stretching exercises) afterwards
Not all muscle pains are related to stress, tension, physical activity or posture, there are also pathologies that cause chronic pain or myalgias.
