Target Weight

TARGET WEIGHT

Reaching and maintaining an acceptable weight equals to preventing a lot of pathologies (diabetes, cardiovascular disease, etc).

We could say that the difference between the actual  weight and the ideal one, represents the risk of developing these diseases, in a directly proportional way.

However, the fact that a person has the ideal weight doesn’t mean that he has no risk in developing these diseases or pathologies through his life. That’s why  it is important for everyone to put the accent on prevention and try to keep the body as balanced as possible.  It is possible to take care of this aspect in our Center where we can perform in depth- analysis through conventional and complementary tools and establish  a tailor-made program that will also include the maintenance of target weight.
