Weight Loss

 WEIGHT LOSS

The fat present in our body is an energy reserve, it acts as thermal insulation and protects the internal organs and the body in general, etc.

According to the latest research, our body also accumulates fat to protect itself from the negative effects of insulin resistance, diabetes and toxic substances present in food, air and medication .

The decline of some sex hormones, favored by overweight and a sedentary lifestyle, also prevents us from losing weight.

The fat present in the body is divided mainly into two districts: the subcutaneous one and the visceral one. Visceral fat (higher in males) is the most dangerous for health but is also the first to respond to weight loss.

Let's not forget that in primitive populations, stored fat was a fundamental factor for the survival of the human species in times of famine

Although many people do not realize weight loss and slimming are not necessarily the same thing. It is important to understand that weight loss is a process that leads to the reduction of body weight and not vice versa. Following a low-calorie diet, for example, you can lose several pounds in the first period but this weight most often derives from a reduction in body hydration and muscle mass and not from a reduction in excess fat.

THE CHOICE OF BIOMEDIC IS THE KYMINASI DIET

It is a diet for all those who need to lose 3 to over 50 kg of excess weight, quickly but without risk and under medical supervision.

It is not a common hypocaloric diet, but it is directed to improve the body's metabolism and to rehabilitate the body's ability to feed on its own fats, combining a specific diet with the use of a small wearable device, which interacts with the organism stimulating it safely and without side effects.

What has been observed over the years is that the organism subjected to this program tends to detoxify and calm the food compulsions, continuing to desire a healthier diet.

In most of the cases treated, it was found that those who followed the Dietetic Program, for the most part, were not hungry and perceived a strong increase in energy despite food deprivation.

The program has a duration that can vary from a minimum of 3 weeks to 7 months, depending on the excess weight. This estimate is valid if the patient adheres to the indications in a precise manner, while in the case of  « cheats «  times can expand.

There will be a first medical examination and further check-ups with as many devices used. During the early stages, the patient will lose most of the excess weight. In the final phase, the organism is stabilized through an almost free diet for a certain number of meals a week. Phase after phase, all previously suspended food is reinserted.

Before starting the diet program, a series of blood and urine tests must be performed.

1- Upon request, our doctor will provide the list of exams. This list is the minimum standard; the doctor, during the visit, will decide whether to request further tests and which ones.

2- The person is then visited, weighed and checks are carried out on some particular body indexes.

3- The doctor then conducts a brief interview with the patient in order to establish a series of parameters relating to food.
4- Based on the results of the visit and the patient interview, the doctor modifies and customizes the diet program.

5-The doctor explains to the patient how to follow the diet, step by step, ensuring that the patient has understood.

6-  The doctor gives the patient the diet (in addition to a series of attachments that facilitate its execution),  prescribes some food supplements and the device loaded with frequencies.

7- The phases of the diet are scheduled (it is established when to start and then when the following checks must be carried out).

8- Between one follow-up visit and the next, the patient must contact the doctor by e-mail or by telephone, to answer some routine questions, so as to allow him to monitor the program and possibly intervene promptly, as necessary.

9-- For any doubt or need, the patient can contact the  dedicated office that will take care of responding to any request as soon as possible.

SAFE, NATURAL AND WITHOUT SIDE EFFECTS?

From a technical point of view this diet could be defined as a re-education of the natural metabolic and assimilative capacities of our body, without forcing it to lose excess pounds.

The Diet Program does not include the use of any drug or anorectic substance.

EASY TO FOLLOW?

The diet that is recommended to the patient will not force him to be severely deprived. The diet initially involves the consumption of white meats, fish, vegetables and fruit. Starting from the second phase, all the other types of food will be gradually reinserted, with some simple indications at the end, aimed at maintaining the results achieved. The cases treated claim not to have suffered the typical sense of hunger, but rather to have found a stable recovery of physical energy.

DOES THIS DIET REMODEL THE SILHOUETTE? Patients have noted that tissues do not collapse, as is generally the case with other dietary regimens that provide the same weight loss. Furthermore, the program has been specifically designed to focus on burning fat in critical areas,    re-shaping the silhouette, even in the most unexpected places.

STABLE RESULTS ?

After the last Phase, patients follow a diet for four weeks where they can eat everything, but only for a certain number of meals a week.

After the four weeks, they return for final inspection. If, as we have usually already seen with thousands of cases, the results of the check are positive, this means that the patient can follow the weight maintenance rules forever, in order to make it stable over time.

For patients who are less disciplined or whose lifestyle could easily bring them back to poor eating habits, it is also possible to have them use the "weight maintenance program", which includes regular three months checks with the doctor, who will monitor the parameters, possibly intervening with a specific device designed to "compensate" the new and  freer diet, lowering the risks of regaining excess weight again.
